Inaccurate reporting of CBE numbers and training hours  (United States)

Just wanted to bring a possible programming issue to your attention.

On the E11A and E11B reports for the months of July and August we noticed a discrepancy in over counting the numbers for the month of August.  This overcount seems to be related to the start and end dates for the rotation--if a rotation spans two months, the student is counted in both months (even though it is only one rotation) and the full quantity of the training hours is reported in BOTH months, not divided appropriately between the two months.  This results in inflated numbers.  For a specific reference to this, please note the rotations for student Dickie Smith from Wake Forest University for July and August 2007.  Thank you!

Shannon

Re: Inaccurate reporting of CBE numbers and training hours  (United States)

We changed all reports except Custom Reports to use "Start Date" only. That means the total hours will be counted to July if the rotation or activity span July and August.
