To subscribe or unsubscribe to email alerts for forum postings: after logging in, go to any forum page and click on my settings at the top of the page, scroll down to the plus sign (+) by tracking/subscription and click on the plus to open. You will see folders with check boxes, click on the folders to open up the threads. You must check the box for a particular thread(s) and then scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Update". To unsubscribe uncheck the box before a thread and click "Update". Only check the boxes for the individual threads, checking the boxes for the folders will not subscribe you.

Please find attached a very rough draft of the standards from the notes of our last meeting.

Very nice, Laura.  I compared the policy with my notes from the meeting.  We talked about links to outside webpages would open in a seperate browser.  You might want to add that in the standard navigation link section.
