Online access to important and historic files necessary for ongoing function of the office would be great.

I envision center staff having online access to relevant contract files, P&E meeting minutes and files, marketing materials, etc.  This ensures that everyone is working from current files.  Access to particular files can be granted by password, so that each participant only has access to the files relevant to their responsibilities.

I also see these files being available between program offices for joint efforts that are ongoing--including HOT Jobs, P&E, etc.
