A depository for staff to record interactions with community partners (CBE preceptors, hospitals, school superintendents, principals, DONs, etc).  We have found that, with staff turnover, it is difficult for the center to move forward effectively without some understanding of the relationships that exist.  I envision something similar to what a pharmaceutical rep would collect as he calls on his clients. 

This would be information that the staff can use to move forward with relationships.  It would include a list of past projects that have been worked on together, and could be a source for identifying grant partners for future projects.
