Mail merge capability - letters and envelopes  (United States)
When recruiting, I would like to have mail merge capability.  After completion of the online system, I will lose control of my personal database and I will need to have the ability to create mass mail outs if necessary.  I will need to create a form letter and have the names automatically inserted into the letter.  The same applies for envelopes.

The iAHEC mail merge feature will implemented during Phase 3.

To address this problem now data can be exported into Excel or Access formats.  Those formats are compatible for Microsoft Word mail merge.
