Mouyong, I know that yesterday we discussed a new process for making suggestions about changes to iAHEC.  I was on this morning trying to figure out how to input longitudinal participant data for a college student organization that we have--and thought I'd go ahead and send this question while it was fresh on my mind (understanding that your response may wait until the new process is in place).  The circumstance is that the organization hosts multiple activities, and various participants can participate in any or all of the activities, but it is all part of a single program.  I can't find a way to identify the participants by the program.  And once identified by the program, to then be able to click on all the related activities of that program would be a much simpler data entry process, but I don't know if that is doable.

Right now, for upwards of 130 members of the organization, I am having to input the data individually for each participant, and then link each one to upwards of a dozen activities one at a time.  Is there an easier way to do this?  I have all of the data in an excel spreadsheet.

Thanks!
