1. Brian, I can get pictures of students of first year medical year medical students. Ruthanna

1.  I would like to see a telephone/address book for students/physicians. Easily accesible - at my fingertips!

2.  An alert system ( calendar)  to let me know when student's are arriving.  This would be based on the rotation data I input from the B100.  ( Sort of like the Outlook Calendar that pops up reminders).

3.  Information about the universities and schools we work with.  Clinical coordinator's names,  phone numbers, etc.

4.  As mentioned on yesterdays conference call -  ability to comment on a particular student, physician, pertinent information on the practice. 

This is a wish list, so I will continue as I think of ideas!!

 Track # of times student has done rotation in service area (i.e. so I can see if the student did a rotation in Dallas or Austin or wherever in his/her 3^rd year and then did another rotation in Ft. Worth in their 4^th year)

The iAHEC design team has evaluated your request (first request is to have a site visit management database) and this feature will be available.
