| PE&S/CBE needs a box added to the activity worksheet for the R&R monitoring project. For reporting purposes, all PE&S staff involved should complete a new G200 after every event. This means going in and doing the B300 or updating an exsisting one if the facility is already in the data base, then doing the G200 and answering the 3 questions in the narrative, and disclosing whether or not a Texas Health Match referral was made. |
