With an electronic version of the B-100 being developed, under the field "Did you obtain a NHSC Scholarship?" when the field "No, but interested” is selected upon the submitting the worksheet the student receives an e-mail directing them to the NHSC website for additional information. Possibly a counter could be placed on this field for reporting purposes.
