Database containing all affiliation agreements in place what clinics/hospitals in the various AHEC regions. Included in that list a contact name, address, and phone number. Database should be user friendly to sort by region, county, city, etc. Or can conduct search by name of site.

Any time a student is placed at an ambulatory clinic sponsored by a hospital there is an affiliation agreement. I do not have a listing that contains which sites have affiliation with which schools. When recruiting new preceptors, this database would be nice to review to see if these agreements are already in place with the site. (Note: UTHCT is requiring that affiliation and program agreements be in place before students begin rotations.)
