I've moved pertinent files from the old web task force to a new folder in Planing and Evaluation / ET Program Office / Smart Goals / SG2 and made some changes - still working on incorporating some of these.  Will get back to this task Thursday or Friday.  I did not upload them at this point because there is no coordination between them yet. Anyone who wants to work on them between now and Thursday has my gratitude!
