Required Goal 2  (United States)

AHEC/Rural/Regional Programs will improve overall employee work satisfaction.

Metric:  You Count survey ESI score increased by at least 3 points from FY 07 scores.

http://www.utmb.edu/youcount/PDFs/YouCountchart04.pdf  That's a link to 2004 results that I found.  It shows the various areas that are addressed.  The surveys are coming back on-line Feb. 11, so soon we'll be able to see all the survey questions.  You can find more info if you google you count surveys from UTMB's home page.

It may not be your R drive, but if you go and look, there is a power point there on the you count survey 2007 over executive summary.  Let me know what you think .
