To subscribe or unsubscribe to email alerts for forum postings: after logging in, go to any forum page and click on my settings at the top of the page, scroll down to the plus sign (+) by tracking/subscription and click on the plus to open. You will see folders with check boxes, click on the folders to open up the threads. You must check the box for a particular thread(s) and then scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Update". To unsubscribe uncheck the box before a thread and click "Update". Only check the boxes for the individual threads, checking the boxes for the folders will not subscribe you.

Hola Y'all,
We have some unused R&R funds set aside for some luncheons with residency programs. I know that Jason's will cost about $600.00. please contact me with an estimate of how much it will be for others. ASAP before someone else spends eats our cheddar.
