R&R reporting  (United States)
Back in the day we discussed using the reporting features of Texas Health Match to report recruitment work. This will evidently work well for reporting use, and matches, but not placements. Frankly I think we should follow the TACHC model and focus our reporting on Referrals, Promotions, and Community Development, rather than placements, but if we are going to focus on placements, we need a form to report on. Another variable that has popped up is how to capture placements and referrals conducted outside of THM. For example, we placed a dental hygenist in the Dallas area, using the Dallas Craigslist, and a bio-medical researcher at UT here in Austin, using a UT job posting website. Neither of these went through THM, but we need to be able to count them.

Re: R&R reporting  (United States)
I'm in Galvestoin today and I discussed iAHEC reporting for PE&S and the forms we might need. I got called away right in the middle of the discussion, but I know that there are smarter people than me working on it. In the mean time, continue to report like you have been; organization form, then activity form, and explain in narrative box.
