Change from student to resident  (United States)
As we continue to populate iAHEC with student and resident data there is one potential problem that may cause reporting problems. In the same reporting year, a School of Medicine student becomes a Resident. Adding rotations is not a problem. Changing the institution and current contact information may cause a problem. I do not know exactly how all of the data is used for the various reports the program office submits. For an example, look at Elizabeth Pearch. Institution enrolled is listed as UNT-TCOM. But she is currently a resident at UTHCT.
Is it possible we can leave the institution enrolled field alone and move all the resident programs into a separate field?   Maybe this is something to discuss at the AHEC Connection?
