Cheat Sheets for PE&S and CBE  (United States)

Hi Everyone,

I hope you have all had a chance to look over the cheat sheets Laura posted.  I am going to post a new one today from Kinnie Parker.  It is very good and very precise.  In addition, I am working on "Sample" Cheat Sheets for  each activity I do in PE&S.  I will have them ready at the conference in October.

Okay, what I need from the group, both PE&S and CBE.  Please add suggestions to our cheat sheets.  What type of information you need, or if you have a question on how to enter a particular activity.  What I am finding is that we spent a lot of time streamlining the data entry for CBE and yes, it took about 1 1/2 years to get it right.  So, this is probably going to happen with PE&S.  If you are entering data and there is not a field that reflects the type of activity or program you are entering, please send in your suggestions, questions to Laura via IAHEC.

Here are some suggestions I have:

Under Programs and Topics:   Housing Development ( we spend many hours a week doing this and yet there is no where to record it!)  Texas Health Match, Community

Development, Conference Call, PE&S Consultation.    *** Think of activities you do *** and add to this list.

Also, I have many meetings with community partners for activities we are working on, should we add partner meeting under activity type??

Under Partners:  If we have listed a consultation and/or THMatch, do we need to have the physicians and/or hospital in the partner list so we can click on them??

Please respond to this by the end of the month, this will give Laura a chance to add new programs and topics and then we can finish up our cheat sheets.

Thanks again.

Terry
