To subscribe or unsubscribe to email alerts for forum postings: after logging in, go to any forum page and click on my settings at the top of the page, scroll down to the plus sign (+) by tracking/subscription and click on the plus to open. You will see folders with check boxes, click on the folders to open up the threads. You must check the box for a particular thread(s) and then scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Update". To unsubscribe uncheck the box before a thread and click "Update". Only check the boxes for the individual threads, checking the boxes for the folders will not subscribe you.

1.                New Requirements
1.1.           Integrate with iAHEC
Use the same database as iAHEC. iAHEC will get the reports for job seekers, employers and activities automatically.
1.2.           Better user-friendly interface
Website should be easy navigation and user-friendly.
1.3.           Better search functionalities
Search job or resume by keywords, categories, geographic map, region and zip code.
1.4.           Better match engine for job and resume
Design better matching algorithm to match the job and resume automatically. Accuracy is important.
1.5.           Better security Control
Administrator has better control of the system. They can grant the permission for different people.
1.6.           Job Fair Calendar
Texas wide healthcare job fair list and calendar.
2.                Existing Functionalities

  • self registration

  • archive / renew old jobs

This list looks very good.  The ability to produce a variety of reports regarding outcomes and outputs is critical and you have that covered in 1.1.   Mary

Looks good.  Can we use the template from our poster and brochure so all of our marketing is consistent??

I don't believe we have these files in the program office.  Do we have the rights to use them elsewhere?

We actually purchased the pics on the brochure, but the design is owned by the advertising company.  However; when we wanted to create a poster - the company sent us the fonts &  colors and Tom with DFW was able to create a poster that is almost identical to the brochure.  I propose we look into it further.    Terry
