Under the current settings for resident/student (B100) forms, I can not associate a resident with a teaching hospital, unless I categorize the hospital as an academic institution? Is this correct? Or would it be possible to have the drop down (for "current institution enrolled in"...) in the B100 forms to include not just academic institutions, but also hospitals? Or I can just re-categorize the Children's Hospital as an academic institution. Please let me know if you have any advice on this.

Second question, I appreciate the drop downs for different searches, but I am still unable to identify which "Community Faculty" is a certain specialty. For example, if I needed to pull up all of my "community faculty" that were pediatricians, I am unable to do so. I realize you are working on urgent reporting projects, but if you could please let me know if this is a possibility down the road, I would really appreciate it.

Thank you and Great job on all of the hard work! IT LOOKS more & more FABULOUS each day!

1) To associate a resident with a teaching hospital you WILL need to categorize the hospital as an academic institution.

2) If you go to Custom Reports/Community Faculty you are able to pull up the community faculty by discipline and/or specialty.

Let me know if you have any other questions.  Thanks!
