To subscribe or unsubscribe to email alerts for forum postings: after logging in, go to any forum page and click on my settings at the top of the page, scroll down to the plus sign (+) by tracking/subscription and click on the plus to open. You will see folders with check boxes, click on the folders to open up the threads. You must check the box for a particular thread(s) and then scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Update". To unsubscribe uncheck the box before a thread and click "Update". Only check the boxes for the individual threads, checking the boxes for the folders will not subscribe you.

If you host your emails in our server, you may experience email lost or losts of spams problem. Please take following actions to change your spam filter settings.

1) Login to web mail http://mail.iahec.com/ as your email username (xxxx@bahec.org) and password.

2) Click "Junk-Email" folder in the left side. You can see all the emails that treated as spams.

3) The default spam filter will add "Spam-Low" or "Spam-Medium" to the subject line and move hign probability of spam email to the Junk-Mail folder. You can click "Settings > My Spam Filtering" to change the settings.

4) You can click "Override spam settings for this account" and go to "Actions" tab. You can change the actions for different spams.

5) You can also go to "Trusted Sender" if you think the email is not spam but it is treated as spam by our system.
