We've added two new fields "Activity Location" and "Activity County" in the "Activity Assessment Worksheet".

We've also added two new fields "CE Type" and "CE Hours" in the "Participant Activity" form. Please use these two fields if you want to keep the CE records for individual participants. However you still need to put total CE hours in "Activity Assessment Worksheet". The total CE hours data is not calculate from those two new fields.
