To subscribe or unsubscribe to email alerts for forum postings: after logging in, go to any forum page and click on my settings at the top of the page, scroll down to the plus sign (+) by tracking/subscription and click on the plus to open. You will see folders with check boxes, click on the folders to open up the threads. You must check the box for a particular thread(s) and then scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Update". To unsubscribe uncheck the box before a thread and click "Update". Only check the boxes for the individual threads, checking the boxes for the folders will not subscribe you.

It would be nice to have a printer-friendly version of the activity assessment worksheet (just a little paranoid of a paperless system).

another idea is to have the capability to link the g100 (participant data sheet) to a g200 (activity assessment). That way iahec would do the demographic computation for you.
